I pause a few times, but I think I did the whole bar in under 10 minutes (with pauses) and the bar is gigantic (14.1oz). Fels Naptha is called for in a lot of soap recipes, and it's much harder (and harsher). I used castile soap, too, and that was really hard and took forever to grate. Zote is hard to find, though, or it was for me.
